ING Direct OSA

Context

A client since 2002, ING DIRECT first asked Trafficbuyer Digital to deliver new customers at a target price point for the Orange Savings Account (OSA). As a high-interest account with no fees, no minimums and no service charges, the OSA aims to be a low-barrier, self directed online savings offering. Initial goals were to lower the CPA and build volume of quality customers.

Solution

The initial test budget for online display advertising grew the customer base and illustrated the thinking, process and service that the Trafficbuyer team delivers. As the brand continued to grow and leverage digital media, we were charged with assisting in that growth. Ongoing services include media strategy, planning, buying and campaign management within the disciplines of search engine marketing, portal management, network management, general display and affiliate marketing.
